Book Your Review Schedule a short virtual meeting and share your Airbnb or short-term rental listing link. We'll discuss your goals, concerns, and any challenges you're currently facing. 2. Receive Your Personalized Review I will assess your listing photos, design, styling, layout, guest appeal, and overall presentation. Within a few days, you'll receive a PDF report with 2–3 personalized recommendations to help improve your listing. Please note: This package includes design feedback and recommendations only. Product sourcing, shopping links, furniture selections, mood boards, and detailed implementation guidance are not included and are available through our STR Design Assessment package. 3. Take the Next Step (Optional) If you'd like more in-depth guidance, you can upgrade to the STR Design Assessment package for room-by-room recommendations, product suggestions, styling ideas, and a comprehensive improvement plan.
Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy - Styled Stays (Online Services) We’re so excited to work with you! To keep things running smoothly for everyone, here’s how bookings work: Booking All online Styled Stays services are booked in advance. Once you book and complete the required payment, your time slot is reserved just for you. Cancellation & Rescheduling We totally understand that plans can change! You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of your scheduled time, a partial refund will apply: 75% will be refunded 25% will be retained to cover the reserved time Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable. Waitlist If you don’t see a time that works for you, feel free to join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, we’ll reach out so you can grab it.
