Cancellation Policy

Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy - Styled Stays (Online Services) We’re so excited to work with you! To keep things running smoothly for everyone, here’s how bookings work: Booking All online Styled Stays services are booked in advance. Once you book and complete the required payment, your time slot is reserved just for you. Cancellation & Rescheduling We totally understand that plans can change! You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of your scheduled time, a partial refund will apply: 75% will be refunded 25% will be retained to cover the reserved time Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable. Waitlist If you don’t see a time that works for you, feel free to join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, we’ll reach out so you can grab it.
